Daniel Smart Manufacturing, Inc. ("DSM") sells only to legitimate businesses. We do not sell to the retail market. DSM reserves the right to refuse shipments to any person, or company that cannot provide evidence of being an actual retailer, or wholesaler. All orders can be paid by credit card, cashier's check, money order or PayPal. Prepaid orders in the form of wire transfer, checks & money orders will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
(NET 30 & COMPANY CHECK: A completed credit application must be submitted, and approved to establish these types of accounts prior to your first shipment.)
Our number one priority is to ship your order as quickly as possible and every effort will be made to ship all orders within 24 hours. All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, or USPS. All orders are shipped FOB Warehouse, Baltimore, Maryland.
International Shipping Policies
Daniel Smart Manufacturing offers international shipping for all our Dedicated Dealers. All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days) or First Class Mail (under 4lbs. transit times varies on destination), unless otherwise requested different shipping method by our Dealer. Per our policy all tracking information and charges will be sent via an emailed invoice upon shipping the package. Please note ANY and ALL charges from customs are the responsibility of the Client/Dealer.

Every effort will be made to ship all orders complete. All backorders will be automatically shipped within sixty (60) days. Please advise your sales representative if you wish to cancel any back-ordered items.
All claims for shortage, damage, or otherwise unacceptable goods in the shipment must be in writing and made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
There will be a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping, in-and-out, when the shipment is refused, or not able to be delivered by fault of the receiver. This fee should be paid immediately.
