Ordering Info/Terms & Conditions

General Policy

Daniel Smart Manufacturing, Inc. ("DSM") sells direct to the public through our retail site and to wholesale accounts through their Dealer Login. Wholesale accounts are available ONLY to legitimate businesses. DSM reserves the right to refuse shipments to any person or company that cannot provide evidence of being an actual retailer or wholesaler. To set up a wholesale account, please complete the " Become a Dealer" form.

Disclaimer to ALL Dealers:

Daniel Smart's products may NOT be sold on Amazon.com, eBay.com, Etsy.com or Walmart.com. When purchasing this item you are agreeing to not sell on Amazon.com, eBay.com, Etsy.com or Walmart.com.

Payment Terms

All retail orders must be paid in advance via credit card or PayPal when submitting the order.

For Wholesale Accounts:

Dealer account application and payment terms must be on file before any orders will be released from the warehouse. Please print our dealer account application directly from our website and submit via email, mail, or fax.

All orders can be paid by credit card, cashier's check, money order or PayPal. Please note, PayPal is not an accepted form of payment for drop-ship orders. Prepaid orders in the form of wire transfer, checks & money orders will be shipped after payment is verified.

It is important to update your credit information when you get a new card. Any issue with payment can delay the processing of your order.

(NOTE: To use a NET 30 ACCOUNT OR A COMPANY CHECK: A completed credit application must be submitted, and approved to establish these types of terms prior to your first order.)

Shipping Policy

Our number one priority is to ship your order the same day it is received in our Warehouse and Offices located in Baltimore, Maryland.If your order is received prior to 3pm EST, every effort will be made to ship all orders within 48 hours via UPS Ground, USPS, or DHL.

International Shipping Policies

Daniel Smart Manufacturing offers international shipping for all of our Dedicated Dealers and Retail Customers. All international shipments that are ONE package/box are sent via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 days), First Class Mail (under 4lbs. transit times vary on destination), or DHL (we will use the lowest cost option) unless otherwise requested by our Dealer or Retail Customer. All international shipments that are MULTIPLE packages/boxes are sent via UPS or DHL. We always use the lowest cost option, unless otherwise requested by our Dealer or Retail Customer.

For all Retail Customers, shipping charges will be disclosed at the time of purchase and all tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipping your order.

For all Wholesale orders, all tracking information and charges will be sent via emailed invoice upon shipping the package. Please note ANY and ALL charges from customs are the responsibility of the Client/Dealer.

**All international shipments that are eligible to be palletized will be subject to quotes for Trucking/Freight - again we will also go with the lowest cost option**

All Retail customers must visit our website www.danielsmartmfg.com to order.

Wholesale Dealers can visit our website www.danielsmartmfg.com , call toll free 1-877-SMART-10, or 1-443-961-8501.

Our office hours are 9:00AM 5:00PM EST, Monday thru Friday.

You may also place your orders by fax at 1-443-961-8507, by email at: sales@danielsmartmfg.com, 24 hours a day.

Back Orders

Every effort will be made to ship your entire order. If any items are on back order, your sales representative will contact you once your back ordered items are available to ship. Please advise your sales representative if you wish to cancel any back ordered items.

Back orders are not kept on file for Retail Customers, drop ship orders or back orders totaling less than $100.00.

Shortage/ Damage

All claims for shortage, damaged, or otherwise unacceptable goods in the shipment must be in writing and made within 5 days of receipt of goods Please submit photos at the time of submitting your claim.

Refused Orders

There will be a 15% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping, in-and-out, when the shipment is refused, or not able to be delivered by fault of the receiver. This fee is due and needs to be paid immediately.
